When can I redeem my prizes / When will I receive my prizes?

Cash
- All cash rewards will be credited to clients' accounts by 31 January 2025 (system time, GMT+2), provided that winners of cash rewards fulfill the necessary wheel unlocking conditions.

Amazon Gift Card
- All Amazon gift cards will be dispatched to clients as e-gift cards via email by 25 December 2024 (system time, GMT+2), contingent upon the completion of wheel unlocking conditions by the winners.

Deposit Voucher
- Clients must make a minimum deposit of $20 USD (or the equivalent in other currencies) for each Deposit Voucher. Please note that wire transfers and cryptocurrency deposits are not eligible for this offer.

Credit Bonus Voucher
- The credit bonus will be applied to the client's account within 24 working hours following the redemption of the voucher.

Trade Loss Voucher
- The Trade Loss Voucher is applicable only to trades that are closed after the voucher has been collected, and each order may utilize only one Trade Loss Voucher. Only trades executed within the last 30 days qualify for voucher redemption. Each order is limited to the use of a single Trade Loss Voucher, and these vouchers cannot be applied to Swaps, Commissions, or Spreads.
