If you would like to cancel a withdrawal request which you have submitted, please log in to the Client Portal, go to "Funds", click on “Transaction History” and select "Withdrawals". Locate the withdrawal request you wish to cancel, then click the "CANCEL" button on the right.
If your withdrawal is being processed at the moment, no cancellation will be allowed in the Client Portal.
