For trading accounts: Please log in to the Client Portal: https://myaccount.puprime.com/login and click on "Reset Password" on the main page on the back of the corresponding trading account, then you can select "Change Password" or "Forgot Password". Please note that the MT4/MT5 password must be a combination of English letters and numbers and do take note of the upper and lower case format, otherwise it will not be changed successfully.
Client Portal: If you forget your login password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot Password" at the Client Portal login page. System will trigger an email with password reset link to you and you may custom your password by following the instructions. If you need to change your password, after logging in to the Client Portal, click on your avatar at the upper right corner, select "Change Password" and follow the instructions.
Demo account: Clients are able to reset DEMO account login credential. After successfully logging into the client portal, click on "Accounts → Demo Accounts → Reset Password → Change Password/Forgot Password".
Read-only password: Read-only password is not configured when opening an account, customers can set/change read-only password on MT4/MT5 trading software. Steps: After successfully logging into the MT4/MT5 software, click on "Tools → Options → Server → Change Password → Enter New Password" and then press "OK" to complete the read-only password setting/modification.
