How do I request an IB/CPA Affiliate Transfer?

You can request to change the Introducing Broker (IB) or CPA Affiliate linked to your trading account through the Client Portal or PU Prime App. The request is subject to review before the transfer is completed. Follow the steps below on the Client Portal or PU Prime App to submit your IB/CPA Affiliate transfer request.

 
On Client Portal

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Profile.

  3. Click Transfer IB/CPA.

  4. Enter the new Affiliate ID (IB/CPA ID) you would like to be linked to and provide the reason for the affiliate transfer request.

  5. Tick both confirmation boxes: Confirm that you have closed all open positions and accept the transfer of all your trading accounts to the new IB/CPA.

  6. Click Submit to send your request. Once your request has been submitted, our team will review it within 1–3 working days. You can track the status of your request in the Application History section.

On PU Prime APP
  1. Log in to your PU Prime APP and select "Profile" from the bottom navigation bar. 

  2. Choose "Transfer IB/CPA" under the "Other" category.

  3. Select "Transfer IB/CPA".

  4. Fill in the required details, including the partnership type, CPA/IB affiliate code or rebate account number, and reason for the transfer. Then, agree to the confirmation that all positions will be closed and all trading accounts will be transferred to the new IB/CPA, and click "Submit" to complete your transfer request.

  5. Once your request has been submitted, our team will review it within 1–3 working days. You can track the status of your request in the Application History section.
     
Important Information
  • Please ensure that all open positions have been closed before submitting your request.
  • You can only submit one transfer request within a 72-hour period.
  • Each client account can only be linked to one affiliate at a time.
  • This request applies only to clients currently under a single partnership who wish to switch from their existing partnership to another partnership. 
  • Partner-to-partner transfers are not applicable for this submission.
