How to transfer funds in Client Portal?
Internal transfers can only be made between accounts with the same currency within the Client Portal.
- After logging into the Client Portal, navigate to the left-hand panel and select “Funds.” Then click on "Transfer Between Accounts."
- Select the appropriate account numbers, enter the transfer amount, and review the important notes before finalizing the transfer.
Important Notes:
Minimum Unit Requirement:
For most standard account currencies (USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, EUR, SGD, NZD), the minimum transfer amount is 1.00 unit of your account currency (e.g. 1 USD, 1 EUR).
Minimum USD Value:
Regardless of the currency used, the total transfer value must not be less than 0.02 USD based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of submission.
For lower-value currencies (e.g. JPY), a higher amount may be required to meet this minimum value.
Cent Account (USC):
Cent Account supports internal transfers exclusively to other Cent Accounts and USD Accounts. Transfers from a Cent Account to accounts in any currency other than USD are not supported.
Cent accounts operate on a fixed conversion of 100 USC = 1.00 USD.
Transfers involving Cent accounts must be at least 100 USC (1.00 USD equivalent).
Any amount below this will be considered insufficient and will not be processed.
Currency Conversion:
For non-USD accounts, transfer values are calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time of submission.
