To log into your MT4/MT5 trading account, you will need your account number and password. These login details were sent to you when you first opened the account ( Your personal data will be verified by the relevant department within 1 business day and you will receive your login details once the verification process is complete ).

Once you have your account number and password, install the MT4/MT5 platform on your computer and select ‘File’ then ‘Login to Trading Account’.

A login box will appear asking you to enter your account number, enter your password and select the relevant server.

When typing your password, you should ensure that it is typed correctly. If you are copying and pasting, ensure that there are no more spaces than necessary.

You should also ensure that you choose the server name where the email providing your login details was received.

You will see an update on your connection status in the bottom right hand corner of the platform. If the connection status shows ‘Invalid Account’, ensure that your password has been entered correctly. If it shows ‘No Connection’, double-check that the server address has been entered correctly.
