How to request transfer of IB/CPA Affiliate in Client Portal?
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- Click "Profile" from the left sidebar.
- Select the "Transfer IB/CPA" tab.
- Fill in the required information in the fields provided, by choosing your "Partnership Type" (whether IB or CPA), the new CPA/IB affiliate code and the reason for transfer.
- Tick both checkboxes to ensure all open positions have been closed and agree to transfer all trading accounts to the new IB/CPA.
- Then, click "Submit" to complete your application.
Once our team received your request, it will be handled within 1-3 working days , in which you may also check the status or progress of your request in the “Application History” section located below.
- Please ensure that all open positions have been closed before submitting your request.
- The application can only be submitted ONCE within 72 hours. Each client account can only be connected to one affiliate at a time.
- If you are already associated with an existing IB, please send an official request to info@puprime.com using your registered email address. The relevant department will review and process your request within 1–3 working days.
