After logging in to the Client Portal, select “Profile” from the dashboard menu, then choose “Transfer IB/CPA.” From there, you can submit a request to link to a new IB/CPA by entering the new IB or CPA ID and specifying the reason for the transfer.
Once our team received your request, it will be handled within 1-3 working days , in which you may also check the status or progress of your request in the “Application History” section located below.
