How to check Closed Orders and Archived Orders via Client Portal
The Client Portal provides an Order enquiry section where clients can easily review both closed orders and archived orders.
Note: This includes accounts on MT4-PUPrime-Live 6 and MT4-PUPrime-Live 7, where cent accounts with closed orders older than one month that may be archived as part of regular system performance optimisation.
Steps:

*Note: If the order has been archived, the "Archived" column will show "Yes", "No" indicates that the order can still be viewed directly in MT4 / MT5.
