How to stop receiving account statements from PU Prime?
If client would like to stop receiving account statements from PU Prime, please send an email to info@puprime.com from your registered email address to update your subscription preference.
Please note that you would need to indicate the trading account number for the trading accounts that you would like to stop receiving account statement from.
Kindly be advised that once you have opted to unsubscribe, you will be unsubscribed from both the daily and monthly account statements, it is not possible to unsubscribe from just one of it.
If you apply for a brand new additional account, the statement will still be sent by default even if you have unsubscribed from your existing trading accounts. You will need to send a new request to unsubscribe from your new additional account shall you wish to do so.
