Why am I unable to trade certain products or symbols?
PU Prime offers different account types, and the available trading products may vary depending on your account type. Each account type uses specific product suffixes or symbol names to identify the products available for trading.
For example:
- Standard account: EURUSD.s
- Prime account: EURUSD.p
- ECN account: EURUSD
- Standard Cent account: EURUSD.sc
- Prime Cent Account: EURUSD.pc
What if I cannot trade the product even after selecting the correct suffix?
If you have selected the correct product suffix but are still unable to trade, your trading account may have read-only access because the minimum deposit requirement for the account type has not been met.
You can check the available account types and their minimum deposit requirements on the official PU Prime website.
Important Information
- For the specific symbol, US30 can be traded under the symbol DJ30
- Product availability depends on your account type.
- Different account types may use different product suffixes.
- Some products may appear under a different symbol name on the MT4/MT5 platform.
- Make sure you select the correct symbol that is available for your account type.
- All the grey out product that show in the list is only for reference and it is not tradeable. To add the relevant product into the symbol list, please follow the step below:
- Click "+" at the main page on MT4/MT5 app
- Select the folder with the relevant suffix and choose the relevant pairing
