Does PU Prime provide company account?
Company Accounts are available for corporate clients through PU Prime. To apply for a Company Account, you need to provide company information, details of key individuals, and the required supporting documents for verification.
How to Apply for a Company Account
- Visit the PU Prime Registration Page.
- Select Company Account.
- Complete the Corporate Account Details, Registered Business Address, and Product Selection, then click Next.
- Enter the Primary Applicant details and click Next.
- Complete the Key Officer Profiles and click Next.
Upload the required company documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Proof of Incorporation Address
- Execution Pack
- Proof of Actual Controller / Ultimate Beneficial Owner / Authorized Account OperatorDownload the Execution Pack, complete and sign it, then upload the signed document.
Review the PU Prime Legal Documentation, tick both confirmation boxes, and click Submit.
Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the relevant team. Your assigned Account Manager will contact you regarding the application.
Important Information
- Ensure that all company information and supporting documents provided in the application are complete and accurate.
- The Execution Pack must be signed before it is uploaded.
- Additional information or documents may be requested during the verification process.
