How to create a Demo Account?
You can create a Demo Account through the Client Portal or PU Prime App. Choose your preferred platform below and follow the steps to create your account.
Via Client Portal (For New Clients)
If you do not have an existing PU Prime account, you can create a Demo Account directly from the registration page by selecting "Demo Account", without opening a Live Account first.
Fill in the required information and ensure to tick the required bboxes.
Click "Create Account".
Once completed, your Demo Account will be successfully created, and you can use the account to start practicing your trading strategies.
Via Client Portal (For Existing Clients)
If you have an existing PU Prime account, you can log in to your Client Portal.
Select "Accounts" from the left sidebar menu.
Click "Open Account".
Select "Demo Account".
Choose your preferred trading platform, account type, account currency, account leverage, and demo account balance.
Click "Submit" to complete your Demo Account registration.
Once completed, your Demo Account will be successfully created, and you can use the account to start practicing your trading strategies.
Via PU Prime App
Log in to the PU Prime App.
Tap the dropdown arrow next to your trading account number at the top of the page.
Select "New Demo Account".
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Select "Yes" to proceed with creating a new Demo Account.
Once submitted, your Demo Account will be successfully created. You can access your Demo Account directly through the PU Prime App and start practising your trading strategies.
Important Information
The PU Prime App has one built-in Demo Account by default. This Demo Account is separate from the MT4/MT5 Demo Accounts available through the Client Portal.
No separate login details are generated for the Demo Account in the PU Prime App, as it is built directly into the app.
If your Demo Account has expired or become inactive, you can reset the balance or recreate the Demo Account to refresh its usage.
Demo Account creation is subject to a 48-hour cooldown period. Repeated or excessive Demo Account creation is not permitted.
