Bagaimana untuk menetapkan semula baki negatif?

Selepas log masuk ke Portal Pelanggan, navigasi ke "Akaun" dan pastikan "Live Account" dipilih, kemudian anda akan melihat akaun dengan baki negatif akan muncul "reset" pada butang biru, klik untuk meneruskan.

Tetingkap muncul "Jika anda bersetuju untuk menetapkan semula, semua kredit baki anda akan ditolak", sila tekan "Setuju" untuk meneruskan dengan menetapkan semula baki negatif dan kredit dalam akaun anda.

Nota:
- Pastikan semua posisi ditutup, jika tidak butang reset tidak akan muncul di bawah akaun dagangan anda.
- Penetapan semula baki negatif tersedia untuk semua jenis akaun kecuali PAMM dan MAM.
- Jika sistem mengesan lebih daripada 3 permintaan penetapan semula baki negatif dalam masa 30 hari yang lalu, pemprosesan mungkin mengambil masa sehingga 7 hari.
- Untuk baki negatif yang melebihi USD 3,000 atau setara, pemprosesan juga mungkin mengambil masa sehingga 7 hari.
