To log into your MT4/MT5 trading account, you will need your account number and password. These login details were sent to you when you opened your account. (Your personal details will be reviewed by the relevant department within one business day and you will receive your login details once the verification process has been successfully completed.)

Once you have your account number and password, simply install the MT4/MT5 platform on your computer and select 'File' and then 'Login to Trading Account'.

A login window will appear where you will be able to enter your account number, password and select the appropriate server.

When entering your password, make sure it is entered correctly. If you are copying and pasting, make sure you do not copy any extra spaces.

You should also make sure that you are selecting the server name that was mentioned in the email containing your login details.

You will see the connection status update in the bottom right corner of the platform. If the connection status shows 'invalid account', make sure that you have entered the password correctly. If it shows 'not connected', check that the server address has been entered correctly.
