To log in to your MT4/MT5 trading account, you will need your account number and password. These login details were sent to you when you opened your account. (Your personal information will be reviewed by the relevant department within one business day, and you will receive your login credentials once the verification process has been successfully completed.)

Once you have your account number and password, simply install the MT4/MT5 platform on your PC and select ‘File’ and then ‘Log in to trading account’.

A login box will appear where you can enter your account number, password and select the relevant server.

When entering your password, ensure that it is entered correctly. If you are copying and pasting, check that you are not copying extra spaces.

You should also ensure that you select the server name mentioned in the email containing your login details.

You will see the connection status update in the bottom right-hand corner of the platform. If the connection status shows ‘invalid account’, check that your password has been entered correctly. If it shows 'no connection', check if the server address is entered correctly.
