PU Prime does not charge any withdrawal fees (some channels may incur a fee, which is the responsibility of the customer).
In addition, PU Prime will refund the bank fee for the first International Bank Transfer withdrawal of each month. Additional withdrawals in the same month will incur a bank fee of 20 units of account currency (JPY and HKD equivalent to USD).

For International Wire Transfers (IBT), the first withdrawal of the month is waived with a fee of 20 USD, meaning the minimum withdrawal amount for the first IBT withdrawal is 50 USD.

If a customer makes a second IBT withdrawal within the same month, the minimum withdrawal amount is 70 account currency units to ensure that after deducting the 20 unit fee, there is still at least 50 units in the account to process the withdrawal.

All terms and conditions are set out and must be accepted when submitting a withdrawal request.
