Balance represents the total amount of fund you have deposited into your account, plus or minus any realized Profit and Loss from your trades, and also other potential fees.
Balance = Deposit amount + Realized PNL + Dividends + Rollover Fee + Stock Shares
Equity represents the real-time amount of your account, including your account balance and the unrealized Profit and Loss from open trades you currently have.
Equity = Balance + Unrealized PNL (including Swap and Commission) + Credit
