Why am I unable to trade certain products or symbols?

Please be informed that PU Prime offered various account types, each with its own product suffix. Only the available products can be traded.

For example:
Standard account: EURUSD.s
Prime account: EURUSD.p
ECN account: EURUSD.p
Cent account: EURUSD.sc

All the grey out product that show in the list is only for reference and it is not tradeable. To add the relevant product into the symbol list, please follow the step below:

1. Click "+" at the main page on MT4/MT5 app
2. Select the folder with the relevant suffix and choose the relevant pairing
