What if there is an unauthorized trade in my account?
Where clients reports a suspected unauthorized trade, they may required to provide relevant information and supporting materials to assist in the investigation process.
Depending on the nature of the case, such information may include, but is not limited to:
- A detailed explanation of the issue, including relevant timeline and circumstances
- Any observations of unusual or suspicious account activity
- Information related to potential account security compromise
- Supporting materials that may help identify unauthorized access or usage of the trading account
- Any other relevant details or documentation the client considers useful for the review
However, clients remain solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. Any activity conducted without abnormalities found shall be deemed to have been duly authorized and executed by the account holder.
