How do I generate trading account statements?

You can generate your account statement directly from the MetaTrader 4 or 5 PC Terminal using the Account History / History tab.

Please note that account statements can only be downloaded from the MetaTrader 4 or 5 PC Terminal. Kindly ensure the relevant trading terminal is installed on your PC before proceeding.

On MetaTrader 4 (MT4)

Open the MT4 PC Terminal on your computer.
Go to the Account History tab at the bottom of the terminal.
Right-click within the Account History section.
Select the desired time period, such as Last Month, Last 3 Months, or a Custom Period.
Select Save as Report or Save as Detailed Report.
Choose a location on your computer to save the statement.
Once saved, you can open and view the account statement on your computer.

On MetaTrader 5 (MT5)

Open the MT5 PC Terminal on your computer.
Go to the History tab at the bottom of the terminal.
Right-click within the History section to open the options menu.
Select the desired time period, such as Last Month, Last 3 Months, or a Custom Period.
Select Report and choose your preferred report type based on the level of detail you require.
Select Save as Report.
Choose a location on your computer to save the statement.
Once saved, you can open and view the account statement on your computer.

Important Information:

Account Statement File Formats: You can save the account statement as a Report or Detailed Report for viewing or further use.
