How do I stop receiving account statements from PU Prime?
You can stop receiving account statements or unsubscribe from it by submitting a request from your registered email address. The request will apply to both daily and monthly statements for the trading accounts you specify.
Stop Receiving Account Statements
- Send an email from your registered email address to info@puprime.com.
- Include the trading account number(s) for which you want to stop receiving account statements.
Once your request is successfully processed, Daily and Monthly Statements will no longer be sent for the specified trading account(s).
Important Information
- You will be unsubscribed from both Daily and Monthly Statements. You cannot unsubscribe from only one statement type.
- If you open a new additional account, account statements will be sent by default.
- To stop receiving statements for a new additional account, you must submit a new unsubscribe request.
