How do I refer a friend?

You can refer your friends to PU Prime through the Client Portal and PU Prime App by sharing your referral code or QR code. Your friend must register for a new Live Account through your referral link and meet the applicable promotion requirements.
 

Via Client Portal
  1. Log in to your Client Portal and click Promotion.

  2. Select Refer A Friend promotion.

  3. Copy and Share your unique referral link to your friend.

  4. Your friend can use the referral link to register for a new Live Account with PU Prime.

 

 

Via PU Prime App
  1. Log in to the PU Prime App.
  2. Select the Profile icon in the upper-left corner.

  3. Under Rewards, select Referrals.

  4. Click Invite Friends Now.

  5. Copy and share your referral code or QR code with your friend. Your friend can use the referral link associated with your referral code or QR code to register for a new Live Account with PU Prime.

Important Information
  • The referred client must be a genuine new client who opens a new Live Account through the relevant referral link provided by PU Prime during the promotion period.
  • Demo Accounts do not qualify as new Live Accounts for the Refer a Friend promotion.
  • The referred client must also satisfy the other applicable criteria and conditions of the Refer a Friend promotion.
  • Referral rewards are subject to the applicable Refer a Friend promotion terms and conditions.

 

Troubleshooting
  • Unable to access the “Referrals” section: Make sure you are logged in to the PU Prime App with an eligible account and have access to the Referrals section.
  • Unable to generate or share the referral code or QR code:  Try accessing the Referrals section again and select Invite Friends Now. If the issue persists, take a screenshot of the error or unavailable option for further assistance.
