How to find my User ID in Client Portal?
Your User ID (UID) is a unique identification number assigned to your account. You can easily locate it in your Client Portal by following the steps below:
- After logging into the Client Portal, navigate to the left-hand panel and select “Profile.”
- Your User ID (UID) is displayed in the Personal Account section directly below your name. It is also shown near the top of the page under your profile information.
