How do I reset my authenticator?
Kindly ensure your device time zone is set as automatic & no VPN is turned on while using your authenticator.
In order to protect the security of your account's information, you should submit the request to info@puprime.com using your registered email. The necessary details include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Reason for the Change
- Photo of both the front and back of your Proof of Identity
- A selfie of yourself holding your Proof of Identity (An example is provided below for reference)
- Last 4 digits of your Proof of Identity
Reminder: Please provide the proof of identity you submitted during the sign-up registration.
Once we received all your information, the relevant department will process it within 1-3 working days.
Note: Please be advised that withdrawals will be unavailable for 48 hours after successful modification of your security authenticator.
