Accounts with a credit bonus are unable to initiate internal transfers.To remove the credit, the client should click the "Accounts" option from the dashboard menu, then select the

button, which will display the "Remove Credits" section.
The client can then confirm the credit amount to be removed.
Once the credit is successfully removed, the client may proceed by selecting "FUNDS" from the dashboard menu and then choosing "Transfer Between Accounts."
