How do I resend my trading account login details?

If you would like to resend your Login Details for your trading account, you can request them only through our PU Prime App. Follow the steps below to select your trading account and resend the login details to your registered email address.

Via PU Prime App

Log in to the PU Prime APP.
Select the Profile icon in the upper-left corner.
Under Others, select Security.
Select Login Details, then choose the account for which you would like to resend the Login Details, then click Send Now.
Please wait a few minutes for the Login Details to be sent to your registered email address.

Important Information

Ensure you select the correct trading account before clicking Send Now.
Please allow a few minutes for the email containing your Login Details to arrive.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder, check your registered email inbox after submitting the request.
