What do I do if I don't have a valid proof of address (POA)?

Please note that providing a valid Proof of Address (POA) is required for account verification in order to enable withdrawals. This is a mandatory compliance requirement. If you are unable to provide an acceptable POA document, we will not be able to complete the verification process or activate withdrawal functionality on your account.

Proof of Address documents include: Utility bills/bank statements/insurance papers/phone bills (issued within the last 6 months), land appraisal certificate, lease agreement, lease agreement with seal, etc. All documents must include the correct address, correct date and your own name
