What to do if the account holder has passed away?

If a client has passed away and you need to manage their trading account, contact us via live chat or send an email to info@puprime.com, attaching the following required documents:

Death Certificate
A clear copy of the client’s official death certificate.
Bank Details
A recent bank statement along with the details of the bank account where the remaining funds should be transferred.

Upon receipt and verification of these documents, we will assist you with the necessary account management procedures.
