Why am I unable to find my server in MetaTrader MT4/MT5 desktop?

If you are unable to locate your PU Prime server in the MT4/MT5 platform, please first ensure that you have entered the correct login credentials for your MetaTrader account. The server name should also match the one stated in your MetaTrader account credentials email that was sent to your registered email address.

However, if you have confirmed that your login details and server name are correct but are still unable to find the server, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Uninstall and reinstall the MetaTrader platform.

- If you are unable to find your broker’s server automatically, you can manually add the server by following these steps:

Open your MetaTrader desktop platform and go to File → Open an Account (or Login to Trade Account if prompted).
In the Server field, type PU Prime and press Enter to search. Please do not select the existing PU Prime broker from a previous search, as you will need to search for PU Prime as a new entry.
Enter your account number and password, then click Login. You can find the correct server name in the MetaTrader login credentials email that was sent to your registered email address.
