How do I protect myself from scammers impersonating official PU Prime representatives?

At PU Prime, the security of our clients and their accounts is our highest priority.
 
Fraudsters may impersonate PU Prime through fake websites, social media accounts, messaging applications, or individuals claiming to represent the company. Their objective is often to obtain personal information, account credentials, or client funds. This guide outlines how to identify potential scams, verify official PU Prime channels, and protect yourself from fraudulent activities.

For your protection, PU Prime will never:

  • Request your Client Portal password or login credentials. 

  • Ask for your OTP or authentication codes. 

  • Instruct you to deposit funds into personal bank accounts. 

  • Request payments outside of our official deposit channels. 

  • Ask you to join unofficial investment groups or communities. 
     

If you receive such requests, they should be treated as fraudulent.

Do not make payments based on instructions received through unofficial messaging platforms, social media accounts, or third-party websites.

  • Access your account only through the official PU Prime website or Client Portal. 

  • Never disclose your password, OTP, or security codes. 

  • Carefully verify website addresses before logging in. 

  • Be cautious of offers that appear unusually attractive or promise guaranteed returns. 

  • Contact PU Prime if you are unsure whether a communication is genuine.

 

What Should I Do If I Suspect Fraud?

If you believe you have been contacted by someone impersonating PU Prime:

  1. Stop communicating with the individual immediately. 

  2. Do not provide any personal information or transfer funds. 

  3. Save screenshots or other relevant evidence. 

  4. Report the incident to PU Prime Customer Support. 

  5. If you have already made a payment, contact your bank or payment provider as soon as possible.
