Where can I find the journal or platform logs?

To locate your MT4/MT5 log files, open your MT4/MT5 terminal. Go to the "File" menu and open the "Data" folder. A new window will open with the "Logs" subfolder.

Within this folder, you will be able to find all the log files, and you may refer to the specific date.
