How to withdraw funds via credit card?

You can submit a credit card withdrawal request through the Client Portal or PU Prime App if you have previously deposited funds using a credit card. The withdrawal amount must first be returned to the same credit card, where applicable.

Via Client Portal

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.

  2. Select "Funds".

  3. Select "Withdrawal".

  4. Choose the "Trading account" you wish to withdraw.

  5. Input "Withdrawal Amount" to be withdrawn.

  6. Click on the "Continue" button.

  7. Select your Withdrawal Method, choose your preferred credit card, and click “Withdraw Now” to proceed.

  8. Once submitted, your withdrawal request will be processed accordingly. Credit/Debit Card withdrawals typically take 2–5 business days. 

 

Via PU Prime APP
  1. Log in to the PU Prime App.

  2. Select Funds from the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Select Withdraw.

  4. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw funds from.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount., then click Continue.

  6. Select your credit card as the withdrawal method.

  7. Select the eligible credit card and review the withdrawal details.
  8. Select Submit.
  9. Once submitted, your withdrawal request will be processed according to the applicable processing conditions.

 

Important Information
  • For withdrawals made after depositing by credit card, the deposited amount may need to be withdrawn back to the same credit card first in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
  • If your withdrawal amount exceeds the amount that can be returned to the credit card, you may be able to use a secondary withdrawal method for the remaining amount.
  • The actual processing time may vary depending on the procedures of the respective merchant, which may result in delays in receiving the funds.
     

Troubleshooting
  • Unrecognized credit card (Apple Pay):  The bank card number displayed in your Client Portal or PU Prime App may differ from your physical card number because Apple Pay uses a unique virtual card number (also known as a Device Account Number) for enhanced security.
