After logging into the client portal, navigate to the top right corner of the page and select “VERIFICATION” and select "Security Management" to modify password.
To ensure the security of the funds in your account, withdrawals will not be supported for T+ 3 days after changing your password. Select “confirm” to proceed with changing password.
Clients are required to insert current passwords and create new passwords based on the password requirements. Select “Confirm” to finalize the change of password.
