How to reset negative balances?

After logging into the Client Portal, navigate to the “Account” and make sure that "Live Account" is selected, then you will see the account with negative balances will appear a "reset" in blue button click it to proceed.

A window pops-out "If you agree to reset, all your remaining credit will be deducted", please tab "Agree" to proceed with reset negative balance and credits in your account.

Note：
-Please ensure all positions are closed, whereas the reset button will not appear under your trading account.
-Negative balance resets are available for all account types except PAMM and MAM.
-If the system detects more than 3 negative balance reset requests in the past 30 days, processing may take up to 7 days.
-For negative balances exceeding USD 3,000 or equivalent, processing may also take up to 7 days.
