How to reset negative balances?
- After logging into the Client Portal, go to “Account” and ensure “Live Account” is selected. For accounts with a negative balance, click the blue “Reset” button to proceed.
- A pop-up message will appear stating, “If you agree to reset, all your remaining credit will be deducted.” Click “Agree” to reset the negative balance and credits in your account.
Note:
- Please ensure all positions are closed, whereas the reset button will not appear under your trading account.
- Negative balance resets are available for all account types except PAMM and MAM.
- If the system detects more than 3 negative balance reset requests in the past 30 days, processing may take up to 7 days.
- For negative balances exceeding USD 3,000 or equivalent, processing may also take up to 7 days.
