Your Proof of Address (POA) document is required to verify your residential address and comply with regulatory requirements. If your POA does not meet the applicable requirements, it may be rejected. The following are some common reasons why your POA may be rejected:

The document is not in color.
The document does not clearly display your full name, residential address, or issue date.
The document is handwritten.
The image is blurry, cropped, incomplete, or of low quality.
The document was issued more than 6 months ago.
The document has been edited, altered, or modified.
The document type is not accepted for POA verification.
The address provided is a P.O. Box address.

Important Information

Black-and-white documents are not accepted.
Handwritten documents are not accepted.
Edited or altered documents are not accepted.
P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
All information on the document must be clear, complete, and easily readable.
