To meet our verification standards, your Proof of Address (POA) must be an official document issued within the last 6 months. Acceptable documents include:
- Utility bills
- Bank statements
- Insurance documents
- Phone bills
- Land valuation certificates
- Lease agreements or contracts with an official seal
All documents must clearly show your full name, residential address, and the issue date.
*Black and white, handwritten, or edited documents are not accepted./P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
Common Reasons for POA Rejection:
- The document is not in color or lacks key information (name, date, address).
- The document is handwritten.
- The image is blurry, cropped, or low resolution.
- The document has expired or is missing critical details.
- The document is not the correct type of POA required for verification.
In the event that your POA is rejected, you will receive an email notification detailing the reason and next steps.
