Your account name is based on the information provided in your Proof of Identity (POI) document. Depending on your verification status, please follow the appropriate steps below:
- Pending Verification
If your account verification is still in progress, any typographical errors in your name will be corrected during the verification process. You will receive an email notification once the verification is complete.
- Verified Account with Name Error
If your account has already been verified and you notice an error in your name, please send an email to info@puprime.com using your registered email address. Our team will forward your request to the relevant department for review and correction.
- Legal Name Change After Verification
If you have legally changed your name after completing account verification, please email us at info@puprime.com using your registered email address. Please include:
1) Clear copies of both the front and back of your new POI document
The relevant department will assess your request and update your details accordingly.
