What will happen if I deposit money into a trading account during negative balance?
If a trading account has a negative balance and funds are deposited before the balance is reset to zero, the deposited amount may be used to offset the negative balance.
If you have deposited funds while your account remains in negative balance, you may reach out to PU Prime’s Customer Care Team at info@puprime.com by using your registered email address to request a review and reimbursement of the deposited funds.
If you are deemed eligible after review, PU Prime will compensate or refund the deposited amount, ensuring that the client is not disadvantaged by the negative balance. Clients are advised to reach out to our support team promptly to facilitate the review process.
