How to unlock Local Bank Transfer Deposit Method via Additional Verification (POF)?
In order to enhance account security and comply with local authority requirements, some clients may be required to complete an Additional Verification process before using the Local Bank Transfer deposit method. If this applies to your account, the Local Bank Transfer option will appear locked until the verification is successfully completed.
To unlock the Local Bank Transfer deposit method, you are required to complete Proof of Face (POF) verification, which includes:
- Submitting a valid identity document, and
- Completing a Proof of Face (POF) check
Click on the padlock icon next to the Local Bank Transfer payment method.
- A pop-up message will appear prompting you to complete the Additional Verification (Proof of Face) process.
You will be required to submit a valid identity document, and complete a Proof of Face (POF) verification using your device’s camera to verify your facial features and confirm that you are the rightful account holder.
Once the Additional Verification is successfully completed, the padlock icon will be removed and you may proceed with the deposit process as usual.
