How to check if my account is archived?
To check whether your account is archived:
1. Log in to the Client Portal via https://myaccount.puprime.com/login.
2. Go to the Accounts section from the left-hand menu.
3. Use the status filter to view different account statuses. Then, select "Inactive" to see accounts that are no longer active or archived. Inactive accounts displayed in this filter indicate that the account has been archived.
Note: Archived accounts cannot be used for trading or deposits. You can only view account details in read-only mode.
