PU Prime will archive those MT4 accounts with no login history, trading history and account balance ≤ 0 for 90 days or more and those MT5 accounts with no login history, trading history and account balance ≤ 0 for 90 days or more on a weekly basis.
After the archiving, you will not be able to log in to your MT4/MT5 account, but you can still log in to the Client Portal at https://myaccount.puprime.com/login. After login, you can apply for a new trading account in "Accounts". Click on "Additional Accounts" to apply for a new trading account for trading.
