Why does it show "inactive account"?
For Live Accounts
PU Prime will archive those MT4 accounts with no login history, trading history and account balance ≤ 0 for 90
days or more and those MT5 accounts with no login history, trading history and account balance ≤ 0 for 90 days
or more on a weekly basis.
For Demo Accounts
MT4 Demo accounts will also be archived if there is no login activity for 30 consecutive days.
MT5 Demo accounts will also be archived if there is no login activity for 60 consecutive days.
After the archiving, you will not be able to log in to your MT4/MT5 account, but you can still log in to the Client
Portal at https://myaccount.puprime.com/login. After login, you can apply trading account in "Accounts". Click on "Additional Accounts" to apply for a new trading account.
