How do I update my email address?
- If you are STILL using your original registered email address:
1. Log in to the Client Portal and go to "Profile".
2. Click on "Security Management" and select "Modify" button in the Email Address section.
3. Click on the "Confirm" button to proceed in changing the email. (Kindly note that to ensure the security of the funds in your account, withdrawals will not be supported for T+ 2 days after the changing of your Email Address.)
4. Click “Send Code” in the Security Authentication pop-up window to receive a verification code at your original registered email address (please check your inbox or spam folder if you don’t see it). Then, enter the code in the field provided and click “Confirm” to proceed.
5. Enter your current password and input your NEW email address. Then, click “Send Code” to receive a verification code at your NEW email address (please check your inbox or spam folder if you don’t see it). Once received, enter the code in the field provided and click “Confirm” to complete the process.
- If you are NOT using your original registered email address anymore:
In order to protect the security of your account's information, you should submit the request to info@puprime.com using your registered email. The necessary details include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- New Email Address
- Reason for the Change
- Photo of both the front and back of your Proof of Identity
- A Selfie of Yourself holding with your Proof of Identity (An example is provided below for reference)
- Last 4 digits of your Proof of Identity
Reminder: Please provide the proof of identity you submitted during the sign-up registration.
Once we received all your information, the relevant department will process it within 1-3 working days.
Note: Please be advised that withdrawals will be unavailable for 48 hours after successful modification of your email address.
