How to register for a Live Account?

You can register for a PU Prime Live Account through the PU Prime website or PU Prime App. After completing your registration, you can proceed with the required account verification. Follow the steps below to register for a Live Account.
 

Via Web/PC

  1. Visit the PU Prime website and click "Sign Up" or "Create Account".

  2. Complete the registration form with your country of residence, first name, email address, password, and optional referral code. Then, tick the required declarations and click "Create Account".

  3. You will be redirected to the Client Portal to continue your registration. Verify your email address by entering the OTP sent to your registered email address.

Via PU Prime App

  1. Tap "Sign Up" to register for a Live Account.

  2. Enter your mobile phone number and tap "Send OTP via SMS".
  3. Enter the verification code received via SMS.
  4. Create a password for your account, then click "Submit".
