How to register for a Live Account?
Opening a Live Account with PU Prime is simple and can be completed in just a few steps. The registration process consists of a few verification levels:
- Level 1: Account Opening Verification – Complete your personal details and account configuration.
- Level 2: ID Verification – Submit your identity documents to unlock transaction qualification.
- Level 3: Address Verification – Verify your residential address to unlock withdrawal access.
Follow the steps below to get started:
Visit the PU Prime Official Website and click "Sign Up".

Complete the registration form with your details, which includes your country of residence, first name, email address, password and referral code (optional). Once you have filled in the necessary details, tick the required declarations and click "Create Account". You will be redirected to the Client Portal to complete the registration process.
Level 1: Account Opening Verification

Complete the required personal details which also includes last name, gender, date of birth, phone number, country of main residency and your nationality, and click "Next".

Select your preferred trading platform, account type, and account currency. You may also create an account nickname (optional).
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions, then click "Next". -
Once submitted, your account opening verification will be reviewed. Upon approval, you will be able to create a trading account and deposit your funds.
Level 2: ID Verification

Once your Account Opening Verification has been submitted, proceed with ID Verification to continue the registration process. Click "Start Verification" and follow the on-screen instructions to begin. Alternatively, you may select "Continue on Phone" to complete the verification on your mobile device.

Select your issuing country and document type, then upload a valid Proof of Identity (POI) document, such as a National Identity Card, Driver's License, Passport, or Residence Permit. Ensure the document is valid, clearly visible, and that all four corners are shown before submitting it for verification.

After your identity verification has been approved, you will receive your trading account login details and password in your registered email.
Level 3: Address Verification
- Proceed with Address Verification and upload a valid Proof of Address (POA) document, such as a utility bill, bank statement, insurance document, phone bill (issued within the last 6 months), land valuation certificate, lease agreement, or lease contract with official seal. Ensure the document clearly displays your full name, residential address, and issue date before submitting it for review.
