How can I set my account to read only status?
A read-only account allows you to access and monitor your account information and transaction history while restricting the ability to make account changes or execute trades. If you wish to set your account to read-only status, you can submit a request using your registered email address for review and processing by our team.
You can request read-only status by sending an email from your registered email address to info@puprime.com. Our team will review your request and take the necessary steps to set up a read-only account.
How to Request Read-Only Status
- Send an email to info@puprime.com using your registered email address.
- Clearly state that you would like to set your account to read-only status.
- Wait for our team to review and process your request.
- The standard processing time is 1–3 working days. You will receive an email notification with the outcome of your request.
Important Information
- You cannot make account changes or execute trades while your account is in read-only status.
- Account archiving is automatically performed by our system and cannot currently be initiated for individual accounts upon request.
- The request must be submitted from your registered email address for verification and processing.
- Please note that to set your account to Read-Only status, you must first close all open positions and cancel all active pending orders (including Buy/Sell Limits, Buy/Sell Stops, and MT5 Stop-Limit orders).
