Why is my trading account inactive?

Your MT4/MT5 trading account may become inactive when it meets PU Prime's account archiving conditions. The archiving criteria are based on account activity and the account balance.

Account Archiving Conditions

An MT4/MT5 live account may be archived when all of the following conditions are met for 90 consecutive days or more:

No login activity
No trading activity
Account balance of 10 or less

Eligible accounts are reviewed and archived weekly.

What happens after my account is archived?

Once your trading account has been archived:

You will no longer be able to log in to the archived MT4/MT5 account.
You can still access your Client Portal.
