If you do not submit your ID and/or Proof of Address (POA) during registration, you will still receive your Client Portal login credentials and have the option to upload the required documents in Client Portal> Profile> Level 2. ID Verification
However, please note that access to the full features of both your Client Portal and trading account will remain limited until your documents are uploaded and successfully verified.
Verification Stages and Corresponding Account Access:
- ID Verification: Required to activate trading
- Proof of Address (POA) Verification: Required to enable withdrawals
