Why was my Proof of Identity (POI) rejected?
To meet our verification standards, your Proof of Identity (POI) must be one of the following valid government-issued documents:
- National ID (front and back)
- Driver’s License
- Passport (including the signature page)
- Driver’s License
- Passport (including the signature page)
*All four corners of the document must be clearly visible in the image and the document must be valid, unedited, and in color.
*Scanned copies or photocopied documents are not accepted

If your POI is rejected, you will receive an email notification detailing the reason and next steps.
