If you have not received your credit bonus after making a deposit, this is usually due to the reason below:
The promotion was not activated before deposit
Please note that you are required to activate (opt in to) the promotional credit bonus before making a deposit.
How to activate the promotion:
Log in to your Client Portal.
Navigate to the “Promotion” tab.
Select the relevant promotion.
Click the “Opt-In” button to activate it.
Once the promotion has been successfully activated, you may proceed to make the required deposit into the eligible trading account. The credit bonus will then be credited to your account in accordance with the promotion’s terms and conditions.
