How to Opt-out of a promotion in Client Portal?

To opt out from a promotion via your Client Portal, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Click the “Promotions” button on the left sidebar.

 

2. Choose the promotion you wish to opt-out of, then click the “Opt-out” button.

 

3. On the confirmation pop-up, click “Confirm.”

 

4. Opt-out successful. You have successfully opted out of the promotion.

Important Notes:

• Once you opt out, you will NOT be able to reactivate this promotion.
• The system will automatically REMOVE ALL promotional credit from your account(s).
