How do I redeem my promotion coupon?
PU Prime promotions may occasionally include coupon or voucher codes as part of the offers. If you have received a valid promotion coupon or voucher code, you can redeem it through the PU Prime Client Portal or PU Prime App.
Via Client Portal
- Log in to the PU Prime Client Portal.
- Navigate to “Coupon” from the left-hand menu.
- Click on "Add Coupons".
- Enter your coupon or voucher code and click “Confirm” to redeem it.
Via PU Prime App
- Log in to the PU Prime App.
Select Promo from the bottom navigation bar.
In the Promo page, click on the Coupons tab.
Select the Redeem button.
Enter your coupon or voucher code and select Confirm to redeem it. Once your coupon has been successfully redeemed, it will be added to your account and can be used according to the applicable promotion terms.
Important Information
- Ensure that the coupon or voucher code is entered correctly before confirming. The code is case-sensitive where applicable.
- Coupon availability is subject to the applicable eligibility and account conditions.
- If you do not have any active coupons, the page will display “No Coupon”.
- Additional terms and conditions may apply depending on the promotion.
