How do I redeem my promotion coupon?

PU Prime promotions may occasionally include coupon or voucher codes as part of their offers. If you have received a valid coupon, you can redeem it via the PU Prime App or the Web Client Portal by following the steps below:
 
Redeem via PU Prime App

  1. Log in to your PU Prime App and click on "Profile".

  2. Select "Coupons" under the Rewards section.

  3. Tap "Redeem" at the top right.

  4. Enter your coupon/voucher code and once done, click "Confirm" to redeem your coupon.

Redeem via Web Client Portal

  1. Log in to the PU Prime Client Portal and navigate to "Coupon" from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on "Add Coupons".

  3. Enter your coupon/voucher code and click "Confirm".

Important Notes
  • Please ensure the voucher code is entered correctly before confirming (case-sensitive if applicable).
  • Coupon availability is subject to eligibility and account conditions (if applicable).
  • If you do not have any active coupons, the page will display “No Coupon”.
  • Terms and conditions may apply depending on the promotion.
