How to complete manual additional Proof of Face (POF) Verification?
To protect the security of your account, you may be asked to complete manual identity verification if your Proof of Face (POF) verification unsuccessful. To do this, please submit your request to info@puprime.com using your registered email.
The necessary details include:
1. Full Name
2. Registered Email Address
3. Reason for Verification
4. Photo of both the front and back of your Proof of Identity (POI)
5. A selfie of yourself holding your Proof of Identity
6. Last 4 digits of your Proof of Identity

Reminder: Please ensure that the Proof of Identity you submit is the same as the one used during your account registration.
Once we received all your information, the relevant department will process it within 1-3 working days.
